can some1 plz help me out...?

i need a permanent partner with paint that's good with eyes. the way i have Slither below is the way i'm gonna make all my characters but i want 2 put all the details in2 the eyes since they won't b anywhere else...mostly because i don't have the patients...problem is is i'm a novice @ paint...the other picture of Slither...it's the 1st and only picture that i'd ever consider posting...
as u can c tho, my eye looks nothing like....well, an eye...tho the flame design is correct...can some1 plz help? i can lay out everything out but i can't make the eyes
