I really like them both, but after getting to know her better in the manga, I slightly prefer Ymir.

Annie is a terrible person for killing so many people. Even if her father had told her to hate humans, she should've realized that humans are innocent and came up with an opinion of her own. I think she's a cool character with lots of depth but her actions are TERRIBLE and she made pretty much all the wrong choices.

As for Ymir, I love her so much!! her devotion to protect Christa is just astounding, gotta love those girlfriends.
