rejoindre Deviantart and use D'amuro. Its quite good. I can't draw/paint to save myself, but still managed to draw an actual decent looking Zanpakuto on there.

SAI is a really good one, I actually made my current icone in SAI. But if you're looking for something for free, GIMP is a a free image editing software that can also be used to make really good digital paintings.
