Kate Middleton Following Princess Diana’s Life Trajectory: Do 6 Eerie Similarities Foretell a Similar Future?

There are frightening similarities between Kate Middleton and Princess Diana notable after their marriages to Prince William and Prince Charles respectively. When you look at Princess Kate Middleton, you may think she has it all and, through a certain lens, she does – but so did Princess Diana. Kate Middleton is wealthy, famous, is married to Prince William (who’s still somewhat charming), has a beautiful young son in Prince George. The Duchess of Cambridge has an enviable wardrobe, a lovely head of hair, castles to live in, servants at her beck and call and another babe on the way.

Aside from horrific morning sickness, she’s pretty much got a gravy life. But how long can it last? Think back to February 1981 when the whole world met “Shy Di” the young blonde who would soon become Princess Diana, the people’s princess.

Within a few years, Princess Diana was visibly anorexic, miserable and struggling while Prince Charles was philandering shamelessly. Within 15 years they were divorced and, a year after that, Diana was dead. Check out these eerie similarities between the two princesses in Prince William’s life.

#1 Privileged from the Get-Go: Both Diana and Kate came from money. Kate’s folks are self-made millionaires while Diana’s parents came from old money and then her mom remarried even more money after her parents split. Being rich certainly offers educational and life opportunities, but it can also rob one of common sense and the ability to care for oneself. Growing up wealthy was no shield for Diana when troubles set in and will not be for Kate either.

#2 Commoners that were far from Common: In this day and age, royal lineage not only shouldn’t matter, but intermarrying with commoners should be preferred. What better way to wipe out Charles’ ear DNA than to bring in fresh blood. Kate’s family was definitely working class commoners, even lower on the social strata than Diana’s. By contrast, Diana’s family was aristocracy, if not peers with titles. This makes them even more alluring to their fans and the press which makes for a much-criticized life under a microscope.

#3 Starving for Perfection: Look back at the photos of Diana when her engagement to Charles was announced. She was a tall, healthy sized girl – not overweight, but decidedly not a stick figure like she was by the time of her divorce. Kate, too, was a healthy “normal” size when in college. But Waity Katie whittled herself down to reed thinness by the time William finally popped his dead mother’s ring on her finger and she’s continued to stay pin thin. That’s not healthy under any circumstances.

#4 Stuck with a Straying Husband: William routinely cossets himself behind closed doors with eager women while his wife is away and made it clear prior to wedding Kate that he wasn’t sure if he could stick to one woman. And Kate can’t expect Princess Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles to take her side since he married his “other woman.” Charles was flagrant in his cheating and it’s like-father like-son at the palace. Charles wouldn’t care if Wills and Kate split and might encourage it if it would end talk of him being passed over in favor of his son for the throne.

#5 Pressure to Produce an Heir and a Spare: Princess Diana was immediately expected to pop out an heir and a spare and she did (even if the spare looks shockingly like her riding instructor James Hewitt rather than her prince). Kate has already delivered the heir and is now gestating the spare. Hopefully both will look like William, but after that, her primary job will be showing up dressed to the nines, posing with her children and turning a blind eye to whatever her husband gets up to.

#6 Pursued by Paparazzi: The paparazzi made Princess Diana’s life hell and may have ended her life (depending on which Diana death conspiracy you believe). Kate has had no easier of a time since she landed Diana’s golden boy. Her bare bum and naked breasts were snapped by eager paps much like Diana was caught topless in Spain in ’94. On the plus side, Kate was with her royal hubby when she flashed her assets. But as long as Kate’s alive, the stalking will continue especially since she seems to like to get her kit off in public…

When Prince William slid his dead mother’s ring on Kate Middleton’s slender finger, was it the beginning of the end for the perky princess-to-be? We have to ask if Wills continues on a path like his father, could Kate continue on the path of his mother that sees them divorced? It’s scary to think about and makes you wonder if the crown is worth it?

Diana was beautiful,naturally regal and looked so English. Waity Fake doesn’t look like an English Rose at all. Kind of witchy instead. Dopey looking too, like an airhead, when not looking witchy. Strange but Waity does seem to alternate between the two. Weak Willy had no idea what he was up against and I think he still has no full clue as to what Carole and Waity Fake pulled off.
