I want a Celebi at my Pokemon Crystal but I don't have any item for shrine...

In Pokémon Crystal, the only way to get the item (the GS Ball) is to own a Japanese version of the game, ou using a cheating device like a GameShark ou Action Replay. In the Japanese version, toi use the Pokémon Mobile System, which is pretty much defunct now, donné that Pokémon has advanced beyond the Game Boy Color par a long way.

You'd do better to try and get a Celebi through other ways and means...

Well, i didnt remember this correctly, because my good old gameboy color is broken now. I think toi should collect all the gym badges. Then talk to a girl at azalée town (i forgot where is she) she will give toi GS BALL(if i remember this correctly) give it to kurt, then wait until one day. Kurt will give toi something. Put it at shrine.
