YGE CEO Yang Hyun Suk speaks up about unfollowing 2NE1\'s Park Bom and Big Bang\'s Seungri on Instagram

YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk spoke up about recent speculations surrounding the fact that he unfollowed 2NE1\'s Park Bom and Big Bang\'s Seungri on Instagram.

Many netizens speculated that Yang Hyun Suk unfollowed Seungri because the Big Bang member\'s contract is ending soon, and he might not be re-signing. Others said that the CEO was not on good terms with Seungri or Park Bom, suggesting that both idol stars might not be part of the

However, Yang Hyun Suk has now stated that those rumors are false. He stated on April 16, "To be honest, I\'m from the analogue era, so I may only use an SNS like Instagram once or twice a year. Recently, I went on to make a post to congratulate

Jinusean on their long-awaited comeback, and I took measures to follow the people who are using SNS a lot lately."

He continued, "The people I originally followed on Instagram were Big Bang\'s

G-Dragon, Taeyang, Seungri, and 2NE1\'s CL, Park Bom, and Dara. Just 6 people, who I followed when I first started Instagram. In Park Bom\'s case, she doesn\'t really use Instagram these days, so I stopped following her. G-Dragon as well as Taeyang use it often so I left their accounts."

As for the future of Big Bang, the CEO commented, "Big Bang\'s new song will be out soon, so why would I unfollow Seungri for any particular reason? I have no problem with either Seungri or Park Bom. I didn\'t know that who I follow on Instagram would be such a big deal."

I for one didn\'t even know that YG was on instagram, I unfollow ppl all the time, by accident btw, but I don\'t always discover it.

my question is: why doesnt he follow minzy? minzy updates her insta all the time...

There you have it, over-analytical, part- delusional fans. Sometimes people just do shit. Does every little thing somebody does have to mean something? Nope.

I\'m not pointing fingers at one fandom but rather a cross-section from all Kpop fandoms of people who have no sense of reality and just jump to conclusions willy nilly because it makes their Kpop filled lives more interesting. 

As somebody who always tries to see things objectively, I have a hard time understanding these types of people and it\'s what ultimately caused me to leave the whole \'being part of Kpop fandoms socially\' thing. 

 I\'ll be a lonesome Kpopper who listens to fun music and watches cool dances. Bye.

Honestly don\'t get why people made such a big deal out of it. He has his reasons as to why. So why ft does this need to become an issue? He uses it at least twice a year max. And this one little thing he does, causes a fricken mess. Let the man do what he wants. Gosh.

I also unfollow people tgat don\'t use their twitters and instagrams regularly  so i actually believe what he is saying. You people are just really sensitive and blow stuff out of proportion.

Well it was actually fans from "other" fandoms who were being sensitive since YG stans were claiming that YG was trolling and laughing at the matter.

and the people who make a big deal and wanna see YG down in the last article become pointless lol

its a sign that he\'s planning on releasing (firing) park bom from YG. hopefully this means 2ne1 will disband 

i think the reason people made it a big deal is because they are already rumors about bom leaving yg ent going on , and the rumors of 2ne1 disbandment too. also this is apparently bigbang\'s last comeback since gd said they re not sure they ll ever comeback after they go to the military and top will probably go next year.
