HBO had previously released short nine-second clips from Season 5 of "Game of Thrones." But now, the network has finally allowed fans to get a glimpse of what\'s to come in the show\'s upcoming season in HBO\'s annual year-end recap.

The teaser begins with a shot of Cersei Lannister, and the Queen Regent looks upset as she is walking down a hallway, with the House Lannister guards behind her. Though no one knows what could be the reason for Cersei\'s anger, it could be because her brother Tyrion has escaped after killing their father.

Fans also get a glimpse of Jon Snow, who is alive and well. Behind him is Olly, the boy who killed Ygritte in last season\'s episode titled "Watchers on the Wall."

Tyrion is also featured in the teaser, and it appears as though he\'s on the run after killing his father Tywin. He looks as if he\'s in disguise as he wears a hooded garment over his newly blonde hair, and he\'s now sporting a fully grown beard.

Arya is seen walking away from the shore, and it is assumed that she just arrived in Braavos. She\'s wearing the same clothes that she was wearing in the season 4 finale, with her trusty sword, Needle, tucked in her belt.

Meanwhile, though Season 5 is just a few months away from its premiere, fans found a lot of things to complain about during the fourth season. One was the fact that the series has finally passed George R.R. Martin\'s novels, and another reason why fans were upset was because Lady Stoneheart wasn\'t featured in the show.

In the books, Lady Stoneheart is a vengeful version of Lady Catelyn Stark brought back from the dead by Thoros after her murder in the Red Wedding. Though fans were annoyed that Michelle Fairley didn\'t come back as Lady Stoneheart, director Alex Graves explained that there was no intention to include the character in season 4.

"What\'s funny is that it was never going to be in the season, yet it took off on the Internet like it was going to happen," said Graves to Entertainment Weekly. "To bring back Michelle Fairley, one of the greatest actresses around, to be a zombie for a little while—and just kill people? How does it play into the whole story in a way that we\'re really going to like? It just didn\'t end up being a part of what was going to happen this season."
