UPDATE!
The last party - Welcome everyone! I hope to bring this party back for one more, final hurrah before the end of the series! When it came in to being we were still in season four - Amber was still alive, House and Cuddy had not yet kissed (well, on screen anyway), the new team was just starting to wiggle their way into our hearts - it was a simpler time. Now it's time to say goodbye! So let's party it up, raise our glasses to Amber and Kutner, and celebrate HOUSE M.D. and the awesome fans that populate this spot - the fans who come here to obsess with everyone else who shares an unyeilding passion for our favorite limping doctor (and his best friend Wilson cough)!

FYI This has become more than just a declaration of my love for this spot and the people on it! It's kind of a party now - everyone's welcome to come and chat and be silly. So come on in and join the fun!

This spot is definitely my all time favorite place to be on this website and, since I can't seem to sleep tonight, I thought I'd try to give you guys an idea of why I love it here so much.

I love all of the really interesting picks and soapbox articles here.
I love the wide array of talented icon and wallpaper makers we have.
I love the huge amount of fanvids that are here, and the fact that no one complains about them like on the Lost spot.
I love the fact that everyone here gets along and there aren't any fights like there can be elsewhere.
I love oldmovie's awesome picks and great Munchuasen's article.
I love misanthrope's ridiculous amount of awesome picture contributions and general niceness to all.
I love amberRocks' avid love for Amber.
I love that tubby2002 has been here longer than most of us can even remember.
I love EverybodyLies and Tuscaloosa ;]
I love cinders, ineedcoffee, misanthrope86, and obsessedwithmd for making me icons.
I also love mimika_s and Romster17 and PotterGal and every single other person who I failed to mention by name (because I'm tired) just because they're all so cool.
But mostly, I love the fact that we can all come here and be obsessed with House without anyone calling us weird or crazy.

We all know that we're the coolest spot around, so I thought I'd just share a little pride out loud ;]

lucky, what's got you so happy??

i suddenly feel very homesick :( I was looking up some transfer news for Arsenal and found a link to my local newspaper which was a nice reminder of home. Then as i was thinking of home i found another link to the Metro and started to really miss my tube journeys and my friends :( so now im kinda depressed..

(btw, you'll never normally see a depressed plh, so dont get used to it!! )

I'm perfectly okay. *neck twitches* I'm just going to a soccer tournament this summer! yippee! Hope you feel better though...I find you kind of lucky to be able to go all over the place, I've never been out of my timezone, and when my mom was my age, she went to Africa...

I play for a town. We're not really that good but not that bad either, our standings seem to change drastically every season.

i know what you mean, 2 seasons ago we came 3rd in the league and lost in the final of the cup (to our arch rivals!! Damn Frimley!!! ) and then last season half our players left!! We ended up 7 and got knocked out of both cups in the 2nd round...

next season we're well and truly screwed!!

its just a place not too far away and I how you feel about players leaving, just last year, some good friends of mine stopped playing, and one of the best players joined a select team. For about half a season I even quit to get art lessons, but seeing to the fact that I never got those art lessons, I just started up soccer again.

I might leave for a select team soon, although i really dont want to leave my friends! And actually more players left this season, one of our best strikers went back to Australia, our best defender left for Sweden ( i really don't know what we are going to do without her!! I will have a lot more to do next season!!!), my best friend on the team has left to play Lacrosse (who is also a defender!)... We are despreately running out of players! Half our team is actually a year younger than the league we are playing in. Oh well, i guess we will try our best


one thing i am happy about is this one girl called Bella is leaving, and while she was very nice, she wasn't particularly good, and every time our coach put her on the bench (even for like 5 mins) her dad tried to get him fired!! Crazy!

I guess I could join a select team, but I don't think I'm that dedicated to tell the truth....there's a lot of other things I do, I like to draw, I'm a second degree black belt in tae-kwon-do, and normally I just like to relax and sit around my house to read a book or go on the computer. Plus my sister would kill me if I left the team I'm on now.

btw, I know how you feel with crazy parents, at a tae-kwon-do compitions, some parents even get in fights with the judges, which is an awfully stupid thing to do, because all the judges have to be like 3rd degree blackbelts or up, I think...Parents don't get involved often though.

Parents that think they know better than the people putting in the work piss me off. If you're so good at it you put in the time and dedication! (more thinking about my coach in this scenario, he gives up EVERY saturday and sunday mornings for us and this guy thinks he knows better cos he has a daughter who can kick a ball!! Pisses me off! )

thats amazing about the tae-kwon-do!! How long have you been doing that for??

I am pretty dedicated to the team, last 2 seasons we would have training on saturday and match on sunday and it is about 30 mins from my house an i often didnt get to see any friends during the weekends, however this season they are moving training to a thursday (and right next to my school!!) so i'm happy about that, means i get my saturdays back lol

I've been doing it for about 5 years I think... Don't get me wrong, I am very dedicated to my team, not so much to the sport.... I'm kind've forced into dedication though, seeing as the only other goalie on my team is (how should I put this?) not particularly talented in that field of play... we do have a third goalie however, and she's actually quite good, but she's a pretty important defensive player too...

yeah, I am love the sport too, I have been trying to get a green medal in the Arsenal spot for a week, must have submitted like 20 links for transfer news and done about 5 picks, no one goes there though, its all empty :)

When we play together and gel together we can play very well, we have a few players who are really really good (one of whom is leaving :( ), but we have way too many off days when we just fail to actually pass the ball on target or anything. One match in particular i remember we hit the bar 3 time and the post twice, one each side!! Unbelievable!!

Nice, once during a penalty kick, the player shot the ball, it bounced off my arm, nailed the ref, started rolling towards the post, its absolute chaos on the field, I tackled a player on the other team out of the way and caught the ball. Such a wonderful game isn't it! :):):)

Hahaha!! I would have loved to see that!!! I'm very proud of my clean sheet on penalties (faced 3 so far :) )

particularly loved the nailing the ref bit! They always have it coming!!

i actually felt a little homesick today, because i was looking up any transfer news for Arsenal and in quick succession i got links to my local newspaper, which made me miss (although i would never believe it) my trips to school on the underground, but more importantly seeing all my friends. Oh well, plh can never be depressed for long and i'm fine again now!!

I am in Australia now, but I usually live in London... And in Aus I'm in far north queensland. In about 10 days im going to Sydney for 2 days, then I'm coming back here then im going home lol, random i know

lol, evil as ever XD They are actually really cute, and the 5 year old has just been given an inhaler cos the docs think she has asthma, which isn't good i guess. And tomorrow 3 more are coming, well they're not my cousins, but my aunt is having them dumped on her by a friend so we are looking after them.... I am trying to work out the best diresction to run!!

hell yeah!! lol. This laptop used to be my Mum's and a few weeks ago it completely died on us ( I blame her) anyways, when we sent it to be repaired i got all the new software put on for free!! yay!! its really cool lol
