Actually yes.... the new character India was introduced in the Hetalia 2011 Halloween event which only ended a few days ago. He showed up at the party and danced with Prussia. Now, people think because they were shown once dancing, they should be a pairing.
So now there is Prussia x India fanart flying around the internet because they were shown in 1 panel together. Like usual.

Huh... I always thought of India as a girl. Odd. .__.
I have seen plenty of fan's drawings of India, but there isn't an offical character for Inida just yet. (Most of the characters are the ones that have had a lot of obvious influance on world events.)
I have no clue.. Everytime I log on my computer, a new country character is popping out of no where... o.o I give up on trying to be updated with this stuff >.<
Yup,Himaruya-sama already created India. He was shown with Prussia at the 2011 Halloween party. Too bad,he didn't say anything. He was just enjoying the party.
