Lovers :D and as for the top comment, TECHNICALLY they are not blood related at all. UK took care of US. England FOUND America, he didn't make him like Sealand lol I think of Sealand as UK's son or big brother which he technically is XD

I love them as Friends, Rivals, and Lovers. I think America fought the revolution for many reasons and one wa that he didn't want England to think of him as a brother anymore. Plus they aren't blood related so it isn't incest. :D
