1.Recognize your insecurities. What does that voice in the back of your mind say? What makes toi ashamed of yourself? This could be anything from acne, to regrets, your weight, ou Friends at school. Whatever is making toi feel unworthy, ashamed, ou inferior, identify it, give it a name, and write it down.
