Harry Potter
So I surfing the web when I ran into one of the pages from this site. It was a question asking which would toi rather be, a vampire ou a wizard? I immediately answered wizard and I added 3 quick reasons why. That was several months il y a and now I wondered if my answer was reasonable enough. I also read other people's reason and I admit some of them sounded very childish and naive.

Now I will start par defining the two par their origins. vampires and wizards, because that was the question. Not Twilight vampires ou HP Wizards, but since that vote was under those topics I'm guessing I will talk...

My question is Is anyone alse tired of this "HP vs Twilight" things??
Because it is driving me crazy..

First of all I need to say I l’amour THEM BOTH so much!! I think HP was extremely original I grew up with it and I looove it.. and Twilight is so romantic, I mean, could they be plus crazy about each other?? (NOPE!!), and I looove it too!! (L) =]

However one thing is true:
Most twilight fans ARE crazy, annoying, funny, scary, etc.. being one I talked to many and some were really funny (they actually believed they were going to marry Edward) and others really scared me (because I loved HP too they...

Harry and his friend entered the hotel in high spirits. Hermione, Ron, and Ginny were already there, and one look told them they had been very worried. Ginny glanced at Harry’s wide smile and the newcomer, and said, very icily, “Who is she?” to Harry.
Harry grinned even wider, and J K smiled. “This, Ginny, is the one and only J K Rowling!” He saw their looks of astonishment. “You know,” he added, “she wrote our books!”
“Oh,” a dit Ginny, sounding rather relieved. Ron laughed.
Hermione looked surprised, but knowing as to why he had brought J K.
“And why did toi bring...

Luna looked back and shouted, “EXPELLIARMUS!”
The Death Eater’s wand flew out of his hand.
“Nice shot!” Neville said, looking at her impressed. Luna beamed brightly, as the two continued to run. They both slowed as they neared a room filled with smoke. Neville ran in first and Luna followed close behind. They heard shouts coming from every direction.
“CRUCIO!” There was a scream of agony.
“STUPEFY!”
“AVADA KEDAVRA!”
The last spell seemed closer and both ducked at the same time. They heard a thud as a body hit the floor. Luna ran over there, despite the spells flying everywhere....

People are passionate about defending their livres that they love. I know that and I’ve done it. What’s really disturbing is when the users of fanpop use this site to bring people down ou just to openly hate.

Harry Potter and Twilight are going to be compared. No other two livres have the same rabid following and they both have strong roots in the supernatural. I welcome débats and exchanging of opinions, when it’s friendly. Some of the commentaires I’ve seen on these forums could not be called friendly debate. It just makes me sick when I know that there are people out there that are willing...

Taking arms against Harry Potter, at this moment, is to emulate Hamlet taking arms against a sea of troubles. par opposing the sea, toi won't end it. The Harry Potter epiphenomenon will go on, doubtless for some time, as J. R. R. Tolkien did, and then wane.

The official newspaper of our dominant counter-culture, The New York Times, has been startled par the Potter livres into establishing a new policy for its not very literate book review. Rather than crowd out the Grishams, Clancys, Crichtons, Kings, and other vastly populaire prose fictions on its fiction bestseller list, the Potter volumes will...
