Hiya! So suivant an im off to the UK for my Gap year. I have limited time and money (as im a student :P). What are the BEST things i should do and see in the UK?

Definitely go to London! There's lots to do there, including a ton of museums. There's the British Museum, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, the Tower of London, the liste goes on. Since toi like history, toi should also check out Stonehenge. I also really liked Bath, but the only thing to do there is visit the Roman baths.

Dont just stay in Londres ! Go to the north of england also, Theres some great things to see! citys like : Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool. Also toi will see the greta english countryside . ( =

London! toi can't not go...walk around par the Londres eye,and westminter is beautiful at night cause its all lit up :D

yer u can't go to the UK without going to london!
ummm it reli depends when u are going, because cornwall is just stunning (south west of UK), but in the summer, it gets packed with tourists, and prices rise on everything, but off-season its gorgeous!!!!
if u want museums, Londres is definately your best bet it has incredible ones.
Ohhh and whilst you're in Londres a few other things to see: the royal albert hall, oxford street, toi can't go there without walking through hyde park its gorgeous ohh and tower of Londres of course :)

Londres is great just to get the feel of the place, its such a buzz ;) If toi like museums the Natural History Museum is good, as is the science museum. The British museum in my opinion is a bit boring, but im not really a museum person so toi may like it, although I would seriosuly advise against the Victoria and Albert. Maybe go on the Londres eye, altho it takes 45 mins, its great for sight seeing

if you're also going to wales, there's big pit, brecon beacons, oh and pembrokeshire is nice, and there's a few islands just off the coast from penbrokeshire (cant remember names lol) but i dont know much about any english/scottish/irish stuff. but i do know the museum in Cardiff is great!

everyone needs to visit LIVERPOOL its the best place in the world,,,,,,,,

it even has the GREATEST FOOTBALL TEAM,,,,

Go to the North-East! There's Durham Cathedral, The Sage, Angel of the North, Lindisfarne (Holy Island), and Hardrian's Wall!

Here's some advice:

Go to the Peak district, it's got lovely scenery and lots of old mines toi can go down!

Come To Rugby! Its Where The Game Was Invented And There Is A Museum And Art Gallery! There Is Sooooooooo Much To Do Here, Leisure Centre, Restaurants, Great Shopping Facilities, EVERYTHING!

toi should come to Scotland and come to my city Glasgow it's really amazing it's got hundreds of shops,mueseums and art galleries including cafe's too :D
