This was my dad's seconde time fly fishing and this was the Hex Hatch so things were likely to go crazy!

This was filmed during a Hex (Hexagenia Limbata) hatch. One of the most amazing opportunities toi can experience while flyfishing.

Fly Fishing during a light rain and seeing the mist rise from the water while catching truite was amazing.

These hex nymphs (approximately 50-100) were collected from a private waters lake in Big Bend, Caifornia the last week in May 2012. The Hexagenia Limbata may be one of the most important insects for truite anglers to understand.
