The two penguins strolled out into the park, holding eachother's flipper lovingly. Emma leaned her head on Kowalski's shoulder as they walked, and they reached their favourite spot par the lake. It was plus hidden than the other parts, but toi could see the whole park from it. To the left there was a large willow tree, it's swooping branches brushing the floor lightly, it's dark green leaves glistening in the sun. Emma stroked one of the leaves carefully. If felt smooth and soft in her flippers. Her and Kowalski sat down on the soft, springy grass, Emma still leaning against his shoulder. The sun was slightly lower in the sky, but it shined on like it was midday. The birds were whistling in the trees, the squirrels were gathering acorns, and there were no bugs around whatsoever. In Emma's eyes, the world was perfect.

"This was an amazing idea Kowalski." Emma said, smiling up at him, and squeezing his flipper. Kowalski blushed and squeezed hers back. They began to nuage gaze, and Emma noticed one in the shape of Rico. She pointed it out to Kowalski giggling at the same time.

"Hehe that does look like Rico." Kowalski agreed, stroking Emma's hair.

"Hey, do toi want to draw for a bit?" She asked, getting her drawstring bag out of nowhere.

"Sure." Kowalski agreed. Emma passed him his little sketch book, that Emma gave him, and she got her own out, along with a pencil case. They lied down on their stomachs, and Kowalski put his left flipper around Emma, and began to draw with his right. Emma blushed and put her right flipper around him, and began drawing with her left. They sat there for many hours as the sky started to get a little darker, and it filled with shades of rose orange, and gold. Emma looked up, and she saw the sun was beginning to set. She stopped drawing and watched it contently. Kowalski looked up, and smiled at her. He scooted closer to the shorter penguin, and watched the sun as it slowly began to disappear over the horizon. Emma sighed happily and cuddled as close to Kowalski as possible. About half an heure later the sun disappeared fully, and the stars began to twinkle in the blackening sky.

"Do toi think we should go back now?" Emma asked, reluctantly.

"Nah, Skipper won't be mad." Kowalski replied casually.

"But we've got the movie marathon today." Emma reminded him, nuzzling his neck.

"Oh yeah." Kowalski remembered, looking disappointed. The two penguins gathered their things, and got up, heading back towards the zoo. Emma looked up at the stars and her face brightened.

"Ooh, I can see the Big Dipper constellation." She exclaimed, pointing towards the constellation shaped like a saucepan. Kowalski was used to her calling it that, though he still found it slightly odd, since he just called it the frying pan, ou the saucepan. Emma smiled up at it. "That will always be my favourite one, though Orion is my seconde favourite." She thought aloud, her eye catching the familiar constellation. They almost reached the zoo, when Emma found her wishing star, which was called Sirius. Ever since she had started dating Kowalski, she hadn't used it once, but she still watched it every night before she went to sleep. They eventually reached the manchot, pingouin habitat, and hopped through the bowl. Skipper turned around, and noticed them.

"Finally back I see." He remarked, smirking at them.

"Yup, so are we about to put the films on?" Emma asked, changing the subject.

"Yep, we're watching some of the Harry Potter films." Private told them cheerfully.

"Awesome." Emma commented, sitting down on her stomach suivant to the Tv, as Rico put the dvd in.

"I like Harry Potter." Ashley a dit excitedly. He sat down on Emma's left, and Kowalski was on her right. The others sat down, and Rico pressed the play button. Emma quickly realised that Rico had put the first one on. She glanced at the clock, which read 10pm. Emma guessed that they would only get to watch one, before everyone headed bed. A thought struck her an she turned to Kowalski.

"What about the mixture?" She asked him, remembering the serum in the lab.

"It should be fine." Kowalski reassured her. "We'll check it tomorrow."

"Ok." Emma agreed, turning her attention back to the screen. As they watched, the penguins giggled at some parts, Private covered his eyes when the characters saw Voldemort in the Forbidden Forest, but they had a great time. It was about 12:30 when they all shuffled to bed, pulling the green blankets over their heads, and falling asleep instantly. Except for Ashley. The new cadet stared up at the ceiling of his bunk, too excited to sleep. He had a wonderful jour today, he met some new friends, he was in a lovely zoo, and he was going to learn how to fight like a pro. He eventually got tired, and fell into a happy slumber.
