Now we have "Hottest images", just after the commentaires on the image viewer. And these images are not the same that appear in the liste of the most populaire images.

DarkSarcasm I like these better than the ones to the side - they show the title when you hover instead of a bigger, blurrier version of the image. Wonder if they'll ditch the side one now? Thumbnails to the top and bottom of images, two image grids AND popular content seems excessive.

Flickerflame Maybe they're removing the popular image feature and using a slightly different formula to work out which images feature in this new one. That'd explain why different ones are included.

The little website that can and still is.

With fanpop at it's definite high with the (VERY) récent creation of it's own Wikipedia article and it's change from beta to complete, I have decided that it is time to write about my own opinion of the site. Please read through and I hope toi will all appreciate my review.

I'm not going to say that there's only one word to describe Fanpop. Because it's a website that dedicates itself to all types of things and people that can differentiate in many ways. And that's part of the greatness of it all. No matter who toi are and what toi love, it's impossible to not be able to talk about things...

The rating of Fanpop

I've decided to rejoindre the crowd and do a review of the newly un-betad fanpop. I first joined fanpop while searching for free episodes of House M.D. I noticed a pick and wanted to put in my two cents. Hence, my life was changed.

It took me a while to get really active. But soon enough I was recognizing usernames and posting content.

This site is great because it is so simple yet so complex. toi like something? Become a fan of the spot. Spot not there? Make one!

Another awesome thing is that fanpop really breaks away from the MyFace universe. toi can get personal with other fans, but it's much easier...

Since they are always new users here, I thought that a guide would help if a guide to fanpop was created. So, without further a due, here we go!
GETTING STARTED
There are a few ways to get started here on Fanpop!
You can meet friends, rejoindre a club, ou make contributions! All of these are very easy to do, but the best place for new users is to find a club. There is a chercher bar on the haut, retour au début of your screen. If toi can come up with a topic toi are a fan of, chercher it and if there is a fan club for it, toi will see the link below the chercher bar. Just a few helpful guidelines for new & old users that will help keep fanpop fantastic:

1. Upload a profil image. Find an image of toi ou of something that represents toi and mettre en ligne it as your user icon. This should be especially easy now that there are perfectly-sized icones (100x100) in almost every spot there for toi to use. Otherwise toi are just another green face in the crowd!

2. Rate vidéos and links. It's quick & easy, those who add vidéos and liens will appreciate your honest opinions/ratings, and it is yet another way for toi to leave your mark on Fanpop!

So I thought it might be okay if I jump on the bandwagon that seems to be starting. It seems interesting.

How long have toi been on Fanpop?
Sadly, the beginning of March this an marked only my first an anniversary. I haven't been here for very long.

Which club are toi most active on?
The animé club, and the aléatoire Role Playing Club. I do tend to be fairly active on my own club as well, simply because I can post a wide variety of...
