Go to any spot, and scroll down to the "related spots" box. click on the "more spots" button and a new page will pop up. On that page, close to the top, toi will see a "create a spot" button. Click that, then It will tell toi how to make one.
ou toi can go to the fanpop homepage. and look at the "spots" box, toi will see a "creat a new spot" button. Make sure toi follow the directions on that page carfully.
