I need a program to éditer & color my own icones but don't know any! Can someone give me some good programs?

I usually use photoshop, but Gimp is a free alternative if you`re plus about hue/saturation changes. Otherwise toi can type in Google 'photo editor online' and there will be plenty of sites to choose from. :)
