Do @'s work on Fanpop?

When I want to contact someone can I use @ to get in touch with them? I have seen other users do this, but IDK if this works.

No, those don't actually work as a way of contacting people, I believe. It's just a way of people montrer who they're talking to in the commentaires and such.
