Rate F4 on basis of their problem solving skills

Ok I am not posting this as a judgmental person but I wanna know, what toi guys think? Whenever I have asked for urgent help they always helped me, only 2-3 things weren't resolved but that won't decrease rating for me, so I will give them 4.5/5 Now it's your turn.

I would say they are generally pretty good. The site is a growing site and naturally the can't answer everyone right away. But generally they respond to me really quickly. There was a time when someone had posté really pornographic content, I messaged papa about it--about an heure later he thanked me for letting him know and the nudes were gone.
