Does anyone know how to make such trophée for your club?

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible. It's the F4 who create and choose caps, not the members, and they probably just make ones for the most populaire stuff. It's a way of enticing new members. The best toi could do is message them suggesting casquette, cap ideas.
