Help please!!!!

Okay hi i'm Alchemistlover and here's my question: i have two old accounts i don't use anymore because i forgot the mot de passe to them and i was wondering if there's anyway i can either:
- get back on the account but keep in mind i tried getting fanpop to email me and they wouldn't.
- Get the accounts deleted.
