Problem with ABUSIVE USER. Need a help!

Hello guys :) I'm a fanpop user for over 3 years and i really l’amour this place, all the time was awesome 'til now..The problem is in some spot - one user start a mess. All fans care about this memorial place of our beloved artist, who's gone. But one user came there and started to adding all pics which already has been added par others, using 'caps lock' all the time etc. So a message was send to her with asking to not using trophée lock and not add pics which already are there. But she started to using inappropriate words like "bitc*", 'fu*', écriture filthy commentaires under pics with Aaliyah (they are already gone coz all of them has been reported) she started rapporter others pics which doesn't deserve to bo rapporter at all! (HQ pics, new in spot etc.)what is worse don't know why, fanpop really deleted them! But for what ?! Just because some evil person wished for it ??
So please tell me what should be done, we reported her but nothing happend, how can we stop her with ruining our beloved Spot here ?
