Are people allowed to rapporter things that aren't against the rules?

Two people keep following me and reporting everything I post on Fanpop, in all the different spots. Only a few things weren't deleted yet. They weren't even violating any of the rules, I read all the tearms, but i get a message every 5 minutes that says 2 people reported my liens as broken. Do people who do that get caught?

Reporting things out of spite is very stupid... It's never alright to abuse any right donné to you, no matter how much toi "hate" the person who uploaded, ou if they're "too hyper" for your taste, ou if toi don't like their mental state.
It's about time that everyone realize that fanpop isn't all about pleasing only certain individuals.
If toi don't like a relevant pick (relevant in the sense that it's not miscategorized ou in violation of the ToS), then just simply skip over it.
If toi don't like a relevant image, who cares? I know I don't.
There's no need to rush over to someone's mur and express your feeling of displeasure over and over again.
(I'm not being biased, because she's posté things about The Killers which made me sad)

If I had to estimate, I'd say 95% of everything she"s ever posted, that wasn't removed within 24 hours, was perfectly acceptable.

I agree 110% toi a dit it much better than I did. If toi hate someone, just ignore them, unless he/she is harassing toi from spot-to-spot ou sending toi threatening PM's (which is grounds for reporting) other than that, if toi don't like ou disagree with something another user posts, but it still happens to fall in line with the 'terms of service' just don't respond to it. Simple as that. There are people here that annoy me from time to time but I either ignore ou just steer clear of them when they are being a pain. Its the best solution, really and toi can feel better about yourself for being the bigger person and not doing something underhanded and retarded.

I have schizophrenia and my medicine changes, so I type like i'm hyper and it annyos them, and I asked if Emma Watson is a virgin, so they all got mad at me because they l’amour her. I also have schizophrenia delusions that i'm supposed to rendez-vous amoureux, date a guy on fanpop, so they hate me because I asked out some guys

@crazyasfred, I guarantee toi toi look 100% stupider at the moment. Its hard to side with someone who sounds like a perroquet that learned how to type a txt message.

No, it WAS posté in the images, but toi kept reporting it so I asked a pick asking if it was ok to post, but toi reported that too. A lot of my posts aren't stupid. i haven't posté anything stupid
