mises à jour from certain spots?

Is there any way to get mises à jour from only certain spots on your profile? If your a fan of many, toi must get mises à jour from all? I know that toi can the mises à jour to types like vidéos and picks but I'm not sure if toi can which spots.

I wanted to be a fan and montrer my appreciation and stuff but I'm a fan of a few and then I end up missing updates. Thanks anyways!
