I'm Spanish and according to my calculations, is likely to start arriving summer episodes of the series 7 to Spain, dubbed into Spanish. And that gives me some doubts about the dubbing and translation of new episodes.

In Spain, not all the names of films and series are translated literally (The sound of musique is in Spanish smiles and tears) so it makes me think if will be literal ou not, when toi translate names episodes.
In this sense, my doubts are mainly in two episodes, A town called Mercy and The Bells of Saint John. The Spanish have no fixed rule for the names of the cities, we have a word for London, but not for Paris, so do not know if Mercy will translate ou not, par its Spanish equivalent, Piedad. I think they'll keep it, but I'm not sure.
plus ou less in the same line is my doubt The bells of Saint John, the names of saints and churches also follows the rule sometimes yes, sometimes no. So maybe keep as is Saint John, ou maybe it translated in San Juan.

A major question that comes to me is that the word Clever has several Spanish equivalents, the two most used are Listo and Inteligente. I, personally, am inclined to Listo, because I think most respects the rhythm of the phrase in English that Inteligente. Because years il y a I sang in a group to cover songs in English translated and there were times when the differences between the number of syllables in a word and its equivalent in Spanish made it sound a little weird.
Run(1) you(1) clever(2) boy(1) and(1) remember(3)=9
Corre(2) chico(2) listo(2) y(1) recuerda(3)=10, just one plus syllable.
Corre(2) chico(2) inteligente(5) y(1) recuerda(3)=13, four plus syllables, a big change of rhythm

Another area of concern when thinking about the dubbing, the jokes and references are very British, but they are not known in Spain as the reference to the Argos store in dinosaures on a Spaceship, which has no branch in Spain. Normally these references are exchanged for similar Spanish references, such as the imitation of Phil from Modern Family, of Julia Child (little known in Spain) converted in the dubbing, in an imitation of Carmen Sevilla (A well-known actress). My favori time to replace the Argos are El Corte English and Carrefour, the two largest and most similar to Argos stores in Spain.
A voice for Clara
I've always liked the dubbing of Doctor Who, has fantastic voices, like Matt, ou Arthur, that looks great with that goofy hero roll has always had Rory. So I have wanted to know how to be the voice that Clara will in Spanish. One of my favori voices was that of Grace Park in Hawaii 5-0, but discard realizing it was the same voice that Rose was already in his time, so right now my favoris are the voice of Michaela Conlin in Bones and NCIS Enquêtes spéciales Pauley Perrette in, ou maybe some of the girls from Gossip Girl.
Choose a dubbing toi is not easy, because toi have to find a voice to match the face, that looks a bit like the real voice and also sticking with the series ou movie to which it belongs.
