Lol I didn't cry here but I do get sad when stuff like this happens. But I did cry when Scuttle lifted up Flounder to say bye to Ariel. I was like nooo poor Flounder :'(

I don't think much about who does more in bringing an animated character to life, but I picked this one because the voicework for Genie was exceptional, as was the animation.
#1 is nice too, but honestly, whenever I watch the movie I don't look that deep into their friendship; I just see them as childhood friends and not much else.

I kind of disagree with 2 and 4. I disagree with 2 because of what disnerdtube said, and quite honestly I think it's a mixture of both the voice actors AND the animators. If you have a crappy animator and a good voice actor, the character just doesn't come to life. If you have a crappy animator and a good voice actor, it just doesn't come to life. They go hand in hand.

I don't 100% agree on this one either though, but out of these..

The only one I agree. They have great friendship.
