She couldn't even come out with her powers to her sister and kept trying to stuff herself back in at the first sign of trouble. Not for nothing the LGBTQ community took her powers as an allegory (more like applicability to me) for homosexuality.

Self explanatory, if can't even come out about powers, imagine her coming out with something people would actually kill her for. (For that day and age at least ) she just seems more timid. Ariel hinted to her father (going to the surface) she just seems so bold anyway. Mulan is brave but the honor might get to her, I still think she would come out sooner than Elsa. Rapunzel is out there like Ariel she wouldn't have a problem.

Umm... I think you should've added all the princesses here. Why only these four? But yeah, the LBGT community relates to Elsa. That's why they thought she was the first lesbian princess. Because of Let it Go. It's quite a dumb reason but I can see why they relate to her.

Her culture.. Elsa would be a close second.

It doesn't have to do with culture because back then, homosexuality was seen as an illness in Western countries too. Elsa kept her powers secret because she was obliged to so I'm not sure I would pick Elsa, she really wanted to let it go.

She's the queen. The homophobes would likely react more strongly than to her being a 'monster'.
