A woman for a short period of time goes back into being a bear and then a more human like bear and than a human....what??

It would be about a girl who kisses her husband, turning both into frogs, she kisses the husband frog, they go to Mardi Gras where a fly is resurrected by a kindly voodoo man, the husband and wife frog act like they hate each other until the girl randomly turns human again by kissing her frog husband. The kindly voodoo man then turns the husband human again, but the girl ignores him and starts working her ass off at two jobs until she becomes a small child.
