I was almost going to pick Snow White, but then I rememberd that she handled Grumpy's temper very good.

Aurora would probably run away after she saw the Beast and never return.
I can also see Rapunzel and Tiana get scared of the Beast.

Probably Aurora next... I'm torn, because maybe Snow White would've thought the beast was cute.

people always underestimate Snow white. remember how bossy she was, and how she handled Grumpy's attitude? the beast could scare her a little but then, she would try to help him

I'm not a Snow White fan, not at all, but I agree with pretty_angel92 that she is not the one who is MOST likely to get scared, I can actually see her getting used to Beast quite fast, maybe even faster than Belle did. I however cannot see Aurora ever being able to stop being scared of Beast. I think Rapunzel would get scared at first but would move on from her fear pretty fast because even when it comes to those thugs from the bar that were pretty scary in general she still managed to look past that and have fun with them. So I actually can see her singing songs to Beast about dreams at some point lol.
