Aw that's great! Butttt... I kind of disagree. I think he is an amazing dresser on the red carpet- he always looks fantastic...ALWAYS. And most of the time he's a great casual dresser as well. But I find 2 things he wears unattractive... 1- Cropped/capri pants, 2-Bright colored skinny jeans. I love both styles for women, but not so much for men. But actually most of his bright colored pants have been on Glee so that's not his fault... even though those bright purple pants he wears are all his own doing.

But in general he's a wonderful dresser that has great taste and knows how to look effortlessly well-dressed. I just wouldn't list him as #1.

^ I think he become No 1 because how he style it and his confidence while he wore it, even with all the colorful suit he still looks great on it, it's easy to wear black suit and look good on it, but he wear magenta, blue, even that bright color pants (which also give me a headache) and still can pull it off, not many (young) guy have the guts to do that and still looks unbelievable amazing while doing it

Yeah that's definitely true.
And I think the risks he takes on the red carpet are FANTASTIC. He always looks amazing there- he manages to pull off a unique look but still look classic (and appropriate).
I'm just not crazy about the colored cropped tight pants. But you're definitely right about it being the attitude he has toward fashion and the way he pulls off certain looks. And in general I love his hipster-ish casual look of cardigans, beanie hats, t shirts, jeans, and scarves.
