#10: #10: BAMBI "BUCK" HUGHES:

Plain and simply, he is a psychopathic pervert who enjoys torture, rape and murder. He is not out of his mind like Vaas is however. As the first major villain Jason has to overcome, Buck challenges him with tricky mind games and is very manipulative. At first sight toi are not quite sure what he is about ou how dangerous he is although toi have been warned that he is a hitman. Charming and masculine with his Australian accent, Buck plays a plus mysterious role than the other villains. Although a man that not just anyone can trifle with, he does not exactly seem like a leader like Vaas and Hoyt and thus is not as powerful as these two. His weakness is slacking off and he seems overly confident. He lets Jason do his dirty work and get stronger. Although clearly an evil person, he offers some of the darkly funniest moments to the game..



#9: JOHNNY "NNY" C:

The titular character of Johnny the Homicidal Maniac. Is exactly as he sounds. No matter how much death and decay he causes, police refuse to go after him. He commits several massacres, including the bombing of a coffee boutique and not once has he ever paid for his various crimes. If toi are nice to him, he might be nice back. But insult him in even the slightest and he WILL kill you. In one story, he murdered a gas station night clerk who had simply done his job at turning off the freezy machines after 2 AM. Despite all of his crimes, he refuses to resort to the crime of rape and viciously vivesects a man named Jimmy after he had learned that Jimmy not only idolized Johnny's crimes, but had even openly admitted to raping a girl as well..



#8: PAZUZU:

The evil spirit that possesses the young girl Regan MacNeil. He loves to torture his victims as much as possible and to install as much fear as he can..



#7 GREAT KHANS:
They honestly think that they are doing good for the wasteland par slaughtering settlements under the protection of the NCR and kidnapping innocent people for enslavement. In the end however, their motives may seem justifiable in the eyes of some as toi are donné the option of joining them..



#6: THE EMPERIOR:

Emperor Palpatine A.K.A. darth Sidious is the most evil and wicked of all villains in étoile, star Wars. He had the most vicious and evil apprentices, including Lord Maul (ruthless and tactical) and Count Dooku (majestic and corrupt)... He also engineered the execution of the entire Jedi order and anyone who would oppose him in majestic Boss-like fashion in Order 66; he took complete control of the senate and pretty much the entire Galactic Order. He savagely and ruthlessly ruled and conquered the republic and set forth a new Federation led par Grand Moff Tarkin and his forces; He was a master of the Dark Side and the most eloquent and ruthless leader of the Sith order; he even knew of the Sith legends such as Darth Plagueas... And he was responsible for concocting the brilliant takeover of the universe and forced the only remnants of the Light Side Jedi to go into hiding for approximately 20 years; every one of the highest ranking of the Jedi council was literally butchered and slaughtered par his direct orders, including, but not limited to: Mace Windu, Ki-Adi-Mundi, Qui-Gon Jinn, and a slew of others. He managed to defeat Yoda and send him into hiding, which caused him to be defeated in the future... In a majestic twist of fate; his own fate sealed as a result of his ruthless actions and desire to live longer and control the entire galaxy with an iron fist. He was also the reason why Anakin became Vader and pretty much set the entire plot in motion..



#5: LORD TIREK:

ust the fact that the Equestrian's literally created Hell just to keep him contained speaks enough as to how evil and dangerous he is. Also the fact that after stealing the magic from licornes and leaving them as masticated husks is a good sign that he gives very little regard for their lives ou well beings..



#4: VAAS MONTENEGRO:

Only thing Vaas cares about, is the death, pain, and misery of others.
He laughs at your pain. And smiles as he kills those toi care most about.
He doesn't just kill you. He destroys all toi love, and makes toi watch the death of your family. And then shoots toi in the heart, causing toi a SLOW death..



#3: LORD DOMINATOR:

For such a light hearted and silly Disney cartoon, it came as a shock to many fans when in the seconde season we were introduced to a new villain. The first appearence of Dominator in the end credits to the season 1 finale was intimidating enough. But once we're introduced to her (you read that right, HER) nefarious plot, she begins down right chilling. She uses her ship to drill into the molten core of planets and drains them completely, leaving the planets as nothing plus than empty and broken husks. Even plus disturbing is when we discover that the only reason she does this is not for an end goal. She does it simply it gives her the highest thrill imaginable. She has killed billions, maybe trillions of people for no reason other than it was a thrill for her. Everytime she watches another planet die, she laughs as she burns many many souls alive..



#2: THE MAHOR

The Major's defining trait in the series is a complete and utter obsession with war. par his own admission, he loves war in any and all of its aspects; even being on the losing side ou having his own life at risk provokes nothing but Glee and excitement. Despite being a former Nazi, the Major does not care for the reasons behind his wars. He doesn't care if he lives ou dies, just as long as he was remembered..


#1: TIED:

DIMITRI:

This man is the true definition of scum. A man who lies and manipulates anyone that could be of use to him, even his Friends and colleagues all for his own benefit. If toi are no longer of any use to him, he WILL either have toi killed ou kill toi himself. He manipulates for power, money and for pure sadistic enjoyment. To make matters worse, depending on what choices toi make he will be the one responsible for the death of a very beloved major character at his own wedding. Unlike many of the other villains on this list, there are redeeming qualities to some of them. A man like Dimitiri however has none.


BURGARLIN:

He seems a bit nice at first. Despite often making rather creepy comment, like the mention of gun fights give him a "bonor".
But this is the same man that caused Niko Bellic to déplacer to Liberty City, out of "fear" of him, yeah, Niko Bellic!

Once he finds Luiz was involved, he loses his charming demeanor and becomes downright insane.. But least he was badass about it. Even his death counts...
