Now, animé has a lot of characters. Some good characters. Some bad. But, then there are those characters that just make toi want to pinch their cheeks. Now, before I begin, the rules must be said. First off, when I say cute animé characters, I don’t mean cute as it attractive, I mean cute as in adorable.
