thats why i specifically mentioned kazekage gaara other wise i simply put gaara.......after becoming kazekage he became very wise, noble, honorable, reasonable, and restrained....one of the best kage........i know how he was in his childhood but he changedpeople who feared him started loving him to the cœur, coeur all bcz of this....thats why he became the 1st youngest kage in narut history..........soooo he fits in this categeory perfectly..............he he he
