Post an animé terrorist organization

I haven't seen this animé in 14 years, but I'm positive the plot was these guys fighting & uncovering a terrorist organization working under the guise of an academy.

I also considered the 5 dudes from Gundam Wing, then I realized I remember even less about that show.

The joui faction from Gintama X3

~Since they're fighting to oppose the government so I guess they could be considered terrorists. But that was in the past, but 2 of the Joui 4 are actual terrorists now, 1 extremist and the other not as violent but still dangerous XD
