One Se fan told me today and this made me laugh : "Well, no it wasn`t a pity Kiss of course, but at the same time we all can Kiss our friend, man ou woman in lips, to say hello ou goodbye, just a short kiss, so that`s not a big deal" . Hi everyone! My name is Jessica and i`m a huge TVD and especially Delena fan! I began to watch this montrer recently but i was SO impressed with their feelings, chemistry and understanding each other! I really want them to be endgame. Damon deserves happiness and Elena is such amazing girl, which can gives it to him there is no doubt!
I watched the last ep of s2 just yesterday and i know there are a lot of different opinions about the kiss. posté il y a plus d’un an

I actually don`t really know what to think, to my mind Elena definitely had feelings for Damon at that moment, I mean besides that fact that she felt sorry for him, but from the other hand I didn`t understand why did Damon say thank you, maybe because he understood that it was really just a pity from her side? il y a plus d’un an

Welcome Jessica! I am quite new here myself. IMO the Kiss was not just a pity kiss. It looked like she felt something when she kissed him. The look in her eyes says it all. Also She didn't have to Kiss him 'cause he had basically drifted off at that point anyways. ou if she did it for pity she could have just kissed him on the forehead ou on the cheek ou something. But I guess season 3 will tell us plus about what the Kiss actually meant :). Can't wait to find out! il y a plus d’un an

Welcome to the DE spot Jessica : ) Happy to have toi here, your commentaires on both Damon & Elena ring true the Kiss was simply beautiful. I don't believe that it was a pity kiss, I think it took alot for Elena to do that & she wouldn't have done it if she didn't want to she kissed him because she did & it felt right. I think that it has only opened her eyes to understanding her true feelings for Damon & what this Kiss now means to her (which is much plus than just friendship). S3 will be incredible for them. il y a plus d’un an

Welcome Jessica! Cannot agree with toi plus about Damon deserving happiness and endgame. I did not think it a pity Kiss for one second, the way the camera focused (as Elena's eyes) on Damon's lips and her facial expression, there is no way that was just pity. I read a recap somewhere that rebuted the whole pity Kiss idea because of the way her lips parted befoe she kissed him. toi don't Kiss your brother/male friend like that. :) So glad to have toi here!!! il y a plus d’un an

Welcome Jessica. When Damon a dit Thank toi He meant for everything, for forgiving him, for never giving up on him and for being there for him and mostly UNDERSTANDING HIM like on one ever did. IMO. It wasn't a pity kiss..it think Elena did it cuz she felt it and there's a couple of things that prove it wasn't a pity Kiss eg When he told her he loves her she didn't say it back (cuz she isn't in l’amour with him..yet) So she was honest with him and kept it real if she was feeling pity for him cuz he was going to die i think she would've a dit I l’amour u back but she didn't cuz its not true. I believe everything she did was real and nothing pity about it. il y a plus d’un an
