Me personally, no. It really annoys me when people always think that, because two main characters are male and female, they automatically just "have" to be a couple. Seriously, is that all people care about? I won't ignore their great chemistry, but that doesn't mean that they need to be "together". Why can't they just be friends? Why must every damn show/movie HAVE to have this in it? Instead of always going the predictable rout, why not try something NEW?
The thing is that we tend to see main characters with opposite sex as a couple. Judy is like the complement of Nick. If they were human, I don´t think that anyone would care if they were a couple. The problem is that she is a bunny and he´s a fox. In my personal opinion, it wouldn´t be ok for the plot that they were a couple, they are in deed, great friends. But I like cute fanarts of them s’embrasser each other ou holding hands.
