"You have to find her, and bring her here."
"Why must we make her one of us, would it not be easier to take her only when we need?"
"Oh, and have turn on us if she chose to? No, we need her on our side if we wish succeed."
"But how do I do it? She cannot die, can she?"
" *chuckle* humans cannot kill her. No one a dit anything about us."
"And if it doesn't work?"
"Well we'll never know if we don't try. So get out there. And bring us Babylon."
"Yes master."
"But be careful, she is plus powerful than she seems."
Babylon was running, blindly. She did not watch where she ran, ou what she ran into. She stopped at an alleyway. Breathing heavily, she looked around, she was not followed, perhaps is she stayed out in the human world, she would not be attacked. She pulled her capuche, hotte on, and continued down the alleyway, before reaching the end. She looked at the brick wall, that would have looked normal to anyone else. But Babylon was not normal, and she knew what this place was. She may have been human, but this was not hidden from her. If she was to get what she needed, she needed to get inside. And is she wanted to leave with what she wanted, she was going to have to get in the right way.
She looked down at her red gloves, and pulled the one off her right hand, and using her index finger to draw, she wrote in the étoile, star of David, and below it, a pair of Angel wings, and then hers. The symbol that represented her, and her 'kind'. One may call her a kind, but when toi are the only one that does what she does, it might just her symbol alone. She didn't know it, but it was hidden on her. Her symbol, it was.
The moment she pulled back the brick mur was pulled up, just her height and she stepped in. Around her were stairs, and everything seemed to be made of stone and grey.
"AH! Dear sweet City of Harlots, what brings toi to me?" cried out a deep, and not very sane voice. Babylon sighed at the meaning of her name, "Hello Adrian, i'm here to see Adriana."
The voice cackled, "oh Sweet Ancient City toi wound me. I am sad to inform toi that Adriana has passed."
Babylon looked around to try and find the other watcher, "What do toi mean passed?"
The voice burst into laughter, "My lovely Empty City, I mean she has gone from watcher to Angelic Being, like most us watchers do when we pass."
Babylon finally spotted him sitting on the chandelier, "I thought watchers didn't die."
Adrian laughed and jumped down, landing in front of her, "Hehe, loves, we do not die, we simply say.. get promoted."
Babylon snapped, "Enough Adrian, toi know why am I here, are toi going to give me what I want?"
Adrian smiled at her, bright yellow eyes and long silver hair, despite his young appearance. "Of course City of Sweet Lies. But what do i get?"
Babylon growled at him, "You get nothing. toi are in my debt already Adrian. I bore Ethan his son, and toi are indebted to me."
Adrian pouted, "Oh you're no fun. But a deal was a deal. Come along then Sweet Harlot City."
Babylon wanted to rip this watchers head off every time her a dit that. She was led to an armory. Filled with exotic weapons. They would hurt a human, but human weapons would never help her against what she would possibly be fighting.
"Is this what toi wanted my Sweet Fibbing City?" Adrian asked. "Yes, it is. Now leave me be as I fit myself with them." Adrian didn't déplacer and stared her with crazed and excited eyes. Babylon growled, "get out toi sick Watcher. And don't think about even mirroring me." Adrian frowned, "Oh such a short leash with toi Babylon my sweet. But if toi insist." He turned and took his leave.
Babylon searched for weapons, ones to kill her demon stalkers. She picked up a sword with écriture on it, and pulled off her shirt. She brought the sword up, and using her fingers cut a line from the valley of her breasts to her stomach, and inserted the sword. She winced from what felt like hot metal touching her chest.
The Sword was soon concealed as her skin stitched its self back together.
She did the similar ritual with several other weapons.
She was about to pull her chemise on, when a loud roar was heard. Startled she looked up, and saw something. A demon. She took a step back. Red eyes and black shadowy form. She pulled out the sword and yelled, "ADRIAN! THERE'S A DEMON IN THE ARMORY!" And from nowhere, ou so we'd think, Adrian let out a cackle and jumped onto the demon. His black cape hiding him and the demon and the awful screams the demon made.
Babylon watched in horror, ou more, listened in horror at the noise. Finally Adrian pulled away, covered in blood, "I really think toi should take your leave My Sweet Babylon. You're attracting these ungodly creatures to my dwelling."
She nodded, and put the sword back into the spot in her chest. "Thank toi Adrian." Adrian nodded and watched Babylon run out of his home.
Babylon ran from the alley and off into the crowds of people.
"Sire Claude had failed. A Watcher known as Adrian got to him before he could get to the girl."
" *sigh* Useless. Go find Bastian. He will deal with her."
"But sir! Bastian is-"
"SHUT YOUR MOUTH! FILTH! Now go and find him. Tell him to use any means necessary to bring us the girl."
"And if he fails?"
"He won't."
