My father was born and raised in Havana Cuba. His family is from Spain. My father never taught me how to speak Spanish when I was little. That’s very disappointing to me. I’m still planning on learning it on my own.

As we picked back up with the gang we saw newly cohabiting Jimmy and Gretchen partying non-stop trying to prove that just because they are now living together doesn’t mean they are boring and one of “the sweater people.”

Trying to compile a liste of all the bad-human moments of the first season was nearly impossible because this collection of characters is pretty much the worst—which is the total genius of the show.

Gretchen inadvertently starts a giant rap beef between the three. So there’s a lot of diss tracks that I got to write, flying back and forth. She mismanages that pretty badly. Jimmy’s desperately trying to make some money the house.

Edgar is exasperated with his new roomies' habits of insanely partying each and every night. For those who are wondering why Edgar is being such a little b**ch and not joining in on the fun, it's because of his new job at the gym.

I’m very happily married. But weddings — toi spend plus money than toi can afford to invite way plus people than toi need to, half of whom toi don’t know very well ou like, to sit in a room with each other and get drunk for 15 hours.

There's nothing quite like watching two horrible people fall in l’amour and realize that they're not so horrible after all. Actually, they are pretty bad, but that's why we l’amour them.

Geere is in great form every episode, making Jimmy’s actions at times amusingly reprehensible and at others sweetly endearing. But Geere’s performance never crosses the line into sappy cliche.
