Where is Bella originally from (where was she born)?

PLEASE HELP!!!
If toi think about it, she left Forks with Renée when she was just a few months old. So it doesn't make sense for her to be born in Phoenix go to Forks just after she was born and then go back to Phoeniz again. And I'm not sure but, Renée and Charlie met in Forks right?
I'm really confused about it.
