Rosalie explains to Bella that she has always wanted a family and child of her own. Bella is willing to give up ALL human things to become a vampire; Rosalie hates her for being human and wanting to throw away a life of living, for a life of limited human possibilities. She tells this to Bella in New Moon.

Well toi guys are actually wrong. Rosalie hated Bellla ever since the first book. I THINK it's because Rosalie was supposed to be with Edward but Edward didn't wan't to and Rosalie was jealous when Bella came along and Edward fell in l’amour her. Rosalie was jealous even though she didn't want to be with Edward either.

Rosalie doesn't hate Bella. She envys her. Because Rosalie wants to be human, She wants what Bella has;A human life, She wants to have kids, and a husband like her friend Vera did.She also thinks Bella is giving eveything up and throwing it all away to become a vampire. She thinks Bella is chossing wrong
She tells Bella in Eclipse movie she doesnt hate her,but she doesnt particularly like her.She actually envies her because Bella has a choice to stay human and she feels Bella is choosing wrong par wanting to become a vampire.Hope that réponses your question.
