No, it's totally fake. If it was real it would be out par now since it a dit it was coming out in 2011. And notice how they made the plot sound kind of like Alice in Wonderland? I'm not sure what that was but I'm assuming it was for April Fool's jour ou something.

There is a Wizard of Oz prequel coming out in March, but it's not par Tim Burton. I believe he is directing a film of the book Miss Peregrine's accueil for Peculiar Children though. :)
