CAUGHT IN A MOMENT

"Thirteen, wait!" Kutner ran out of the elevator and caught up with her. "What was that?"
"That was nothing.", she replied coldly.
"Nothing? Then it was the most passionate, emotional 'nothing' I've ever experienced.",
Thirteen stopped and looked at him irritated. "What do you want?"
"I want to know why you just gave me the best kiss of my life in this elevator.", Kutner said and grinned slightly.
"Stop exaggerating." Thirteen gave him a dirty look, "and now we should make this MRI and-"
"Do you want to go out with me tonight?", Kutner interrupted her.
"What?? No!"
"We could have dinner at –„
"Kutner! I said 'no', which part of 'no' didn't you understand?"
"I didn't understand the why.", Kutner replied and gave her a sad look.
"There was no why, there was just a no.", Thirteen said firmly.
For a few seconds, both of them were silent, until Kutner started to speak again.
"I guess I'll electrocute myself again then…"
Thirteen stared at him with disbelief and astonishment.
"Don´t you dare do that."
"Then go out with me.", Kutner said and smiled at her.
"What? No, that's unfair."
"It was also unfair to kiss me out of the blue and than give me the cold shoulder.", he answered.
"Why do you want to go out with me so bad?", she asked and crossed her arms.
"Well, you´re… mysterious. I like that."
"You don't ."
Kutner sighed.
"You´re right. It's annoying and childish that you hide your real name. Tell me."
"No and now let's do the MRI before House kills us."
With this words Thirteen turned her back on him and wanted to walk away.
"I want to feel it again…", Kutner started to say, which caused Thirteen to stop again and look at him confused.
"I want to experience this stunning and warm feeling you gave me when you kissed me again. I want to close my eyes and forget everything around me when your lips touch mine. I want to hold you tight and stroke your hair while kissing you. That's why I want to date you… Because you give me a feeling that no one else could ever give me. And I don't want to lose that."
Thirteen was obviously taken aback by his words.
"Well… I guess…", she struggled with the words.
"Yes…?", he gave her a hopeful look which made her smile.
"Eight o clock would be great."
