I hope this is what you're asking for....

If toi mean after...(If toi don't, don't read what comes next, since it contains spoilers.)

Well, Here's a lot of spoilers.....

Carl gets shot and Rick takes him to this farm, where this vet does surgery on him, and it's pretty touch and go for a while. But Carl does survive and he's fine. (Mainly because Shane and the guy who shot him goes to get some supplies for this sugery and Shane kills this guy to get back to Carl, which does save his life.) Sophia however isn't that lucky. The vet is keeping walkers in his farm, (because he thinks they can still be saved, that there is a cure out there to help them, most of the walkers in the farm are a part of his family.) and when Shane finds out, he goes crazy and ends up opening the door to the farm to let all the walkers come out, so he can kill them. And they all open feu on them, but the last zombie to come out of the farm is Sophia. And Rick is the one to shoot her.

Otis actually shot Carl accidentally, he did not see him and was hunting the deer. Also, Sophia didn't hide in the barn, but got bit in the first episode (off screen), turned into a walker, then got drag into the grange par Otis, little bit before he shot Carl.

Well, Carl survived because Otis and Shane (well Shane) brought Carl medicine. Sophia on the other hand, she got turned into a walker because she somehow got in the grange full of walkers and got bit on the neck, so Rick had to shoot her.

What happened to Carl was encounting a buck and Otis shot at the buck what Otis didn't know was he also shot Ricks son Carl ,and what happened to Sofia was that she went missing and Daryl told Carlo "that she would be found." What Daryl, Carlo, Shane, Rick, and Rick's team didn't know as that Sofia was in the grange with what Hershel's "Family." Then Sofia got bit and turned to a walker then Rick had to put her down.
