In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Julie Plec had this to say about Rose dropping Klaus’ name in the final moments of episode 208:

musique supervisor Chris Mollere revealed in our interview that Stateless would definitely make the final disc, and Sounds Under Radio tweeted last week that they were in the studio working on a track specfically for the soundtrack (the tweet has since been deleted). I'm not trying to start an even bigger war here, ou anything, between Delena and Stelena, ou the two ships' fans, but I've noticed a lot of hateful commentaires towards Stefan and Stelena. Yes, Delena fans, I'm talking about you.
