Gabe was supposed to be gone. What happened?!?!?!!

Perhaps he changed his mind because if Andys the boss Andys not going to be able to start something with Erin without ruffling some feathers.Give Gabe time he might start getting fed up because hes not manager.

I really don't know. I was asking the same question. Robert took over as CEO over Jo. Maybe Gabe is working for Robert now and Robert wants him in Scranton. That's my uneducated guess...lol.

Yes, He is supossed to be gone, however maybe just because he is back, he might not even be in it that much, like last season he was a big stupid deal, maybe this season it wont be crazy because He might FINALLY get over Erin, and calm down!! :|

I am glad he stayed. :) The deleted scene (which I think is what vixie posted) shows that Gabe has to commute - M/W/F in Scranton and T/Th in Florida (or maybe vice versa, I can't remember) so yeah lots of traveling for Gabe. It probably means that we won't see him as much but I don't think he's completely gone.
