Well, according to the TLK books, Scar's name is Taka but in the movie universe his name is just Scar so we don't know if he had a different name ou who gave him this name, "Scar".
About his "love" Zira doesn't appear as Scar's "wife" in the 2nd movie because we can;t find out if she was his Queen ou just a simple obsessed admirer. We can;t figure this out because she didn;t appear in the 1st movie, when Scar was alive so we could see if they loved each other ou if the l’amour came from only one side. It's possible that she was his queen, but not necessarily his love.

in the book's his name was Taka but they were probably written years after the films were made..in the Book's it say's Taka changed his name the scar after he was attacked par a buffalo, as a reminder of letting his anger take over him, he changed his name to scar.
As for l’amour interest, i doubt he even had one, it was never mentioned

In the book series it is mentioned Scar ' s real name is Prince Taka also mentioned in The Lion king wikia. However that isn't canon. . As for his nickname Scar there is a reasonable explanation. His scar on his left eye .As for his first l’amour I believe it was indeed Zira because in a deleted scene from the movie Zira Mentions That She Would Rule with Scar as queen.
Also Nuka hints that he is Scar and Zira's biological son. Not to mention Kovu at first being ruled to be Scar and Zira's biological son. In a deleted scene from the lion king Scar wanted Nala as his queen. Because she was royally fit to be Queen I believe. Being betrothed to Simba/Future King. That probably didn't work out. So Zira was possibly his mate.
