I'd say Leonard is plus Nerd, Sheldon is about even, Howard is plus Geek, Raj is plus Geek.

Sheldon and Raj are geeks. Who are plus into comic livres and sci-fi, and super-heroes. Leonard and Howard are nerdier. Socially awkward.

A nerd is different from a geek. A geek is someone who has no friends, and no life. Even other geeks make fun of geeks. Yes, it isn't nice, but it's true. NERDS, on the other hand, are uncool but have a lot of friends. Even if they don't wear the coolest clothes, they're still great people.
