étoile, star Wars Best moment of the whole étoile, star Wars Saga?

Although I love the three way duel in Episode 1, Yoda dueling Sidious, and Annie and Obi's duel on Mustafar, My favorite moment of the entire star wars saga is Yoda training Luke on Dagobah. Some really classic quotes came from that, such as "That is why you fail" and "size matters not" Plus this is when YODA was first introduced!

Its gotta be the final battle between Obi-Wan and Anakin/Vader on Mustafar

You can see how the emotion really goes into that fight

I second the vote for the final battle on Mustafar! I also liked when Padme revealed herself to Boss Nass as the real Queen Amidala in episode 1.

It's an oldie but real goodie: Vader revealing his parentage to Luke on Bespin. Classic, classic, classic. It's one of the THE defining moments of the saga. It's been re-enacted and parodied numerous times in cartoons, other movies and various other media. Case in point, check out Reign of Fire, the scene where they're putting on a play for the kids of the keep. Lol!
