Madden NFL 09 is one of those games, having been completed in mid-June. Regardless, Madden senior producer Phil Frazier was in-person at E3, playing and discussing the game exactly four weeks before its launch.

Frazier didn't have anything specific to reveal about the title, noting that the additions to the game ceased following some minor changes to the game's mechanics in June.
